化学品安全说明书MSDS怎么办理

编制高水准的MSDS难点在于:一是除化学品的理化特性外，化学品量化的毒理数据测试费用太高，数据获得成本太大，特别是化学品有的是复合品或搀有副产品，其对环境、生物、人类等毒理数据更为复杂，所以同一种化学品的MSDS不见得一样，但供应商提供的MSDS在企业使用中碰到对环境、健康等法律性的纠纷时，供应商如提供的MSDS不合格，必须要承担其相应的法律责任。二是编制的MSDS必须要按照买方所在的国家和地区的有关危险化学品的法律法规的相关规定编制，然而各国，甚至一个国家各州有关化学品管理的法律法规通常也不一样，甚至这些法律法规每月都有变化，所以编制的MSDS必须符合当时的买方所在国家或地区的法律法规要求。
