亚马逊FCC需要美国代理商信息

一、什么是FCC认证?

联邦通讯委员会(FCC)----管理进口和使用无线电频率装置，包括电脑、传真机、电子装置、无线电接收和传输设备、无线电遥控玩具、电话、个人电脑以及其他可能伤害人身安全的产品。这些产品如果想出口到美国，必须通过由政府授权的实验室根据FCC技术标准来进行的检测和批准。

进口商和海关代理人要申报每个无线电频率装置符合FCC标准，即FCC许可证。

凡进入美国的通信电子类产品都需要进行FCC认证，即通过由FCC直接或者间接授权的实验室根据FCC技术标准进行检测和批准。

做FCC认证 去年3月份亚马逊就已经有要求了，1.普通带电的产品做FCC-SDOC, 2.带无线射频功能（如：带蓝牙，WIFI,通信功能，2.4G等）就做FCC-ID.

亚马逊合规也明确要求：

You are generally permitted to sell radio frequency devices that (1) are legal for sale, (2) operate in accordance with their authorization, (3) comply with applicable industry standards, and (4) do not interfere with other electronics.

These devices have the potential to interfere with authorized radio communications, and must be authorized under the appropriate FCC procedure before they can be marketed, imported, or used in the United States.
